Second night doing an exhibition station at work
Chicken Caesar Salad. No burners, just tossing salads. Should be a little easier than mac and cheese. Last time I cooked straight through from 5:30 to 7:00 and 15 minutes to eat and clean up my area. The line should be lighter tonight because most people at this school don’t eat green things.

I wouldn’t say that I’ve become bored with Metal, but rather I don’t have the patience for it any more.
I got into Metal while I was a teenager, and spent a few years exploring every form of the extreme Metal, particularly Doom and Black. When I went to college I started listening to a lot more Punk and Hardcore, and to this day that is still what I listen to most of the time.
