The theatrical version isn’t very good, the directors cut on the other hand is REALLY good, in my opinion.
other than the narrations(which felt forced but not bad enough that it killed the movie for me), what is really different about it that could take it from not very good to REALLY good?

no where near as hard as I expected. I was disappointed in how much of it was based on ecology, considering this is a biology test, but that stuff is way easier to me. Classification is easy, it’s processes that are hard for me to learn. I also didn’t really study most of what was on the test but it was all really easy to remember or just make an educated guess...
